When purchasing an annual subscription. It is a one time payment. Once you approach the end of 12 months, you will be sent a notification that your billing cycle will automatically renew.

You will receive an email confirming your subscription. Inside the email is your user ID. This will be what you use to log in.
• Ensure what you are ordering is not of any oversized nature. Sizes equal to or greater than a bed or television cannot be accepted at this time.
• At this time we cannot accept packages that require a signature from the SENDER. This is currently being looked into. Lastly, the option to use the lockers for outgoing package is also currently being looked into.
If payment is missed or credit card declined, services to the affected customer will be put on hold until payments are made. The time in which the account was put on hold will still count towards the remainder of the subscription.
